Flora Springs Winery, St Helena California

Flora Springs Winery in the Napa Valley of California commissioned Karen to make 8 mosaic floral globes to be featured in their outdoor tasting room. The architect, Joel Miroglio, discovered Karen through her Etsy site. The request was for 8 garden globes in the theme of California wildflowers with particular emphasis on California Poppies and Mustard plants. Karen designed and created the mosaic lighted globes for them and Miroglio Architecture + Design designed and built the pedestals on which they are displayed. Sicis of Ravenna, Italy created the mosaics for the walls of the tasting room.
